OVERVIEW
Vikas Gupta founded the law firm JURAL® after more than two decades of experience in the Securities Market & Automotive Industry. He is one of the most sought people in the area of "Regulatory Practice of Securities Law". He represents clients at SEBI, the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the Supreme Court of India for Securities Laws.
He represents clients for Securities Law (SEBI Act), Commercial Courts Act, Criminal Laws, and GST Act matters at various courts & tribunals.
Vikas completed his LL.M from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIP University and his LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He holds a few Master’s degrees in Management, Economics and Ancient Indian History & Culture and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from prominent Indian universities.

Deepak is a practicing advocate and founder of JURAL®. He has seventeen years of experience in the Indian Financial Services industry and has worked with leading companies like HDFC Securities, ICICI Securities and Standard Chartered Bank.
Before setting up JURAL®, Deepak completed his LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and PGDBM from FORE School of Management. Driven by his passion and expertise, Deepak strives for excellence and consistent progress backed with systematic sector knowledge and research.
