He is one of the most sought people in the area of "Regulatory Practice of Securities Law". He represents clients at SEBI, the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the Supreme Court of India for Securities Laws.

He represents clients for Securities Law (SEBI Act), Commercial Courts Act, Criminal Laws, and GST Act matters at various courts & tribunals.

Vikas completed his LL.M from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIP University and his LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He holds a few Master’s degrees in Management, Economics and Ancient Indian History & Culture and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from prominent Indian universities.
